The Chippewa Cree Tribe is proposing to use an existing well in the SE4SW4NW4 of Section 4, Township 30 North, Range 14 East, to supply a proposed stock water pipeline, no more than 70 ft in length, that will carry the water to Tribal lands to the east. (See attached map)
