The Missoula Unit of the Montana Department of Natural Resources and Conservation (DNRC) is proposing the CAMASPEN PROJECT. The project is located approximately 4 miles southeast of Potomac, Montana in the Camas Creek drainage in Missoula County Objectives of the project include: • Regenerate aspen and improve overall health of existing aspen colonies • Remove conifer encroachment • Promote existing camas plants in meadows
