The Montana Department of Natural Resources and Conservation (DNRC) Conservation and Resource Development Division (CARDD) is issuing a Final Environmental Assessment for the Butte-Silver Bow Effluent Reuse Project. The project proposes to use American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funds to reuse reclaimed water for beneficial use at several locations.
