The Montana Department of Natural Resources and Conservation (DNRC) Conservation and Resource Development Division (CARDD) is issuing a Final Environmental Assessment for the Bowker Soil Health Grazing Management Project. The project proposes to use funds to install fencing and develop new pasture sources and on livestock grazing lands.
