The Montana Department of Natural Resources and Conservation (DNRC) Conservation and Resource Development Division (CARDD) is issuing a Final Environmental Assessment for the Boulder Water System Project. The project proposes to use American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funds reclassify Well 3 to groundwater, recondition Well 1 and rehabilitate the pump, reconnect Well 4, upgrade the supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) software, and add complete treatment systems to Well 2 and Well 4.
