The Montana Department of Natural Resources and Conservation (DNRC) Conservation and Resource Development Division (CARDD) is issuing a Final Environmental Assessment for the Billings Zone 4 Pump Station Project. The project proposes to use American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funds to install new pump station and approximately 6,700 linear feet of new water main.
