Big Rose Colony, Inc. (Big Rose Colony) proposes the installation of a domestic water pipeline located on state land, referred to herein as the “Project”. The water pipeline will convey water from the southeast to northwest within the SE1/4SE1/4 before it runs into existing easement D-12498, at which point the pipeline will convey water from south to north within the NE1/4SE1/4 and W1/2NE1/4 of Section 36, T33N, R3W. The Project will result in approximately 0.06 acres of soil disturbance and add 0.12 acres to easement D-12498, see Attachment A, Project Location Map. The installation of the water pipeline will serve as a water source for Big Rose Colony and result in an increase in trust revenues on state tract Section 36, T33N, R3W.
