The Montana Department of Natural Resources and Conservation (DNRC) Conservation and Resource Development Division (CARDD) is issuing a Final Environmental Assessment for theAlberton Water System Project. The project proposes to use American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funds to rehabilitate the spring, upsize, loop and replace mains, install central pressure reducing valve, construct storage tank, replace existing water meters, and drill additional water well.
