Real Estate Management Plan

In 2005, the Real Estate Management Bureau completed a Final Programmatic Environmental Impact Statement (FEIS) presenting and analyzing alternatives for the selection and management of real estate development on School Trust Lands. The Record of Decision adopted July 18, 2005 serves as the Real Estate Management Plan for policy, direction, and guidance. The Plan covers those activities related to the leasing, exchanging, or selling of School Trust Lands for residential, commercial, industrial, and conservation purposes.
