REMB Ongoing Projects
Real estate projects on School Trust Lands are developed according to the process defined by the Real Estate Management Plan. Projects are reviewed and approved by the DNRC Real Estate Identification Team (REIT) at its spring and fall meetings. Common projects include subdivision development, wind energy projects, property maintenance, and marketing.
