Real Estate Management

Professionally Diversifying Our Real Estate Trust Opportunities
The Real Estate Management Bureau (REMB) administers all activities on lands classified as "Other" and all secondary activities on lands classified as grazing, agriculture, or timber. Secondary activities, for State purposes, are characterized as "licenses." A license may be issued for temporary storage of gravel, construction materials, or equipment, for a group activity, for research, for outfitting and other forms of recreation, and for short-term agricultural uses such as grain bins, stockwater reservoirs, or pipelines.
