A negotiated settlement between the Bureau of Land Management and the RWRCC has been reached for all BLM units claiming reserved water rights in Montana.
U.S. FISH AND WILDLIFE SERVICE LANDS IN MONTANA WITH RESERVED WATER RIGHT CLAIMS
- Benton Lake National Wildlife Refuge
- Black Coulee National Wildlife Refuge
- Bowdoin National Wildlife Refuge
- CM Russell/UL Wilderness National Wildlife Refuge
- National Bison Range
- Red Rock Lakes National Wildlife Refuge
A negotiated settlement between the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service and the RWRCC has been reached for Benton Lake and, Black Coulee and Red Rock Lakes National Wildlife Refuges. Negotiations between the RWRCC and the USFWS will continue for remaining USFWS units claiming reserved water rights in Montana.
