DNRC seeking public comment on proposed Dillon-area solar project

HELENA, Mont. – The Montana Department of Natural Resources and Conservation (DNRC) is seeking public comment to identify possible issues and alternatives to be considered in development of the Draft Environmental Impact Statement for the proposed Apex Solar Commercial Lease, located on 1,308 acres of State Trust Land in Beaverhead County.

The public scoping period for the project opened Wednesday, May 29, 2019, and will run through Monday, July 1, 2019. DNRC welcomes all written comments and suggestions concerning this proposal.
