Real Estate Development
Real estate projects on School Trust Lands are developed according to the process defined by the Real Estate Management Plan. Projects are reviewed and approved by the DNRC Project Team at its spring and fall meetings. Common projects include subdivision development, wind energy projects, property maintenance, and marketing.
The six DNRC land offices listed below undertake a variety of real estate projects. Select a land office to view the projects currently active in that land office area.
