Land Board Updates

Due to President's Day, the February Meeting will take place Tuesday, February 16.

The bid period for the Otter Creek tracts will close at 5:00 p.m. on Monday, February 8. Interested parties will be notified by memo (via e-mail) of the bid opening results immediately following the opening. The complete agenda item—with its recommended action to the board— will be posted on the afternoon of Thursday, February 11. Interested parties will be notified once the complete agenda item is available.

Please contact Lucy Richards if you wish to be added to the interested parties list to receive Land Board agenda or updates, have any questions regarding the upcoming meeting, or if you wish to submit written comments to the board members prior to the meeting. People who wish to speak at the meeting are also invited to submit written copies of those comments, in case the comments run over the time that is allotted to each commenter

The cabinsite lease rate administrative rules proposal notice that was approved by the Land Board at the December 21 meeting was filed on January 4. The official version will be published in the Montana Administrative Register on January 14

The next negotiating session will take place on Wednesday, December 9, 2009. Agendas will be available two weeks prior to the negotiating session.
